YOUR TRUSTED TRANSPORTATION PARTNER!
Service is the key to a company’s success or failure. During my orientation at a popular newspaper, I found a quote that left a lasting impression on me. It emphasized the importance of treating customers as clients. I spent a few years at the company, where I gained valuable insights into customer service by listening to the experiences of my colleagues. I was particularly impressed by how the management treated the employees; they even published a newsletter with employee birthdays and anniversaries. The company’s focus on hiring and retaining the right talent was evident, and I learned a lot from it.
Inspired by this experience, I founded my company, Chicago Black Car Service, fifteen years ago. The 2008 recession led to layoffs, but I applied the lessons learned from my previous experiences. I understood the importance of fairness and creating positive memories for my team. I am proud to say that we now operate as a family, prioritizing work-life balance and supporting each other and our families.
